ORDINANCE NO. 3138
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARL
BAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION IO. 28.300
DESIGNATING STOP CONTROL AT BUENA VISTA WAY ON ARLAND ROAD
Tne City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
follows :
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the addition of Section 10.28.300 to read as follows:
1t10.28.300 Buena Vista Way. Drivers shall stop where the following de-
scribed street intersects Buena Vista Way:
Arland Road. If
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen
days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 6th day of October , 1981; and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
10th day of "enber , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
Council Mabers Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin AYES:
