ORDINANCE NO. 3141
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARLS-
BAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.310
DESIGNATING STOP CONTROL ON SEACREST DRIVE AT RIDGECREST
COURT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
fol lows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the addition of Section 10.28.310 to read as follows:
ii10.28. 310 Ridgecrest Court. Drivers shall stop where the following de-
scribed street intersects Ridgecrest Court:
Seacrest Drive."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance ant
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen
days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 17th day of November , 1981, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
1st day of &ceder , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Wers Casler, hear, Lewis
NOES: None
ABSENT : Council Menber Kdchin
ABSTAIN: Council Mer Packard
