AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 9517 AND APPROVING A MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT
(MP-l50(B)) TO THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN
TO CHANGE THE PHASING BOUNDARIES TO ALLOW
VILLAGE C TO BE DEVELOPED AS A PART OF PHASE I
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET EAST OF THE EASTERLY TERMINUS OF
TAMARACK AVENUE. APPLICANT: TREETOPS
UNLIMITED.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 9517, adopting Master
Plan amendment (MP-l50(A)), is hereby amended by changing the
phasing boundaries to allow Village C to be developed as a part
of Phase I as shown on map marked Amended Master Plan
150(B)--Exhibit V-2, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: That the findings of the Planning Commission
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1912 constitute
the findings of the City Council in this matter.
SECTION 3: That amended Master Plan (MP-l50(B)) is
approved subject to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the conditions
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1912. Said
resolution is on file in the Planning Department and is
incorporated by reference herein.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adopt ion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the ~ 16th day of February , 1982 and
thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of said City Council
held on the - 2nd day of March , 1982 by the following vote,
to wit:
