ORDl NANCE NO. 3146
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDlNG TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.32, SECTION
10.32.091 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF SUBSECTION (h) DESIGNATING PASEO DEL NORTE AS A TRUCK
ROUTE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
fol lows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.32, Section 10.32.091 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Subsection (h) to read as follows:
"(h) Paseo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road Southerly 1150 feet."
EFFECTlVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days afteraits
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of April , 1982, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 20th
day of Ap ril , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
Council Merrbers Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis AYES:
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
