ORDINANCE NO. 3147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDI- TION OF SECTION 10.44.110 TO REVISE THE SPEED
LIMIT ON PASEO DEL NORTE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby
ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.44.110
to read as follows:
"10.44.110 Paseo del Norte. (a) Upon Paseo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road to its intersection with Poinsettia Lane
the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty-five miles per hour.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
