ORDINANCE NO. 3149
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARLS-
BAD MUN I C I PAL CODE SECT I ON 10.28.260 DES I GNAT I NG STOP CON-
TROL ON ELM AVENUE AT MONROE STREET
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
1 lows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
"10.28.260 Monroe Street. Drivers shall stop where the following de-
scribed street intersects Monroe Street: Elm Avenue."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
2doption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
md cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 20th day of April , 1982, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
4th day of *Y , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
