ORDINANCE NO. 9621
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DELETING
SPECIFIC PLAN 13, ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH-WESTERLY QUADRANT OF INTERSTATE 5 AND
CANNON ROAD
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain that the Specific Plan 13, adopted pursuant to Ordinance
No. 9277, for the hereinafter described real property, be deleted
in the following particulars:
SECTION 1: Property Description
That portion of Lot H, Rancho Agua Hedionda Map 823,
in the city of Carlsbad, county of San Diego, state of California, also being parcel 12, Book 210, page 010 of the Assessor’s Map of San Diego County.
SECTION 2: General Conditions
Specific Plan 13 be deleted subject to the following
conditions:
(A) Development of the property discribed in Section 1
hereof shall be subject to the provisions and regulations of the
Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan.
(B) All public improvements shall be made in conformity
with the Subdivision Ordinance and other city standards to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, without cost to the city of Carlsbad, and free of all liens and encumbrances.
(C) All land and/or easements required by this ordinance shall be granted to the city of Carlsbad without cost to the city
and free of all liens and encumbrances.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 18th day of May I
1982, and thereafter.
