ORDINANCE NO. 3160
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.40.051
MONROE STREET FROM ELM AVENUE TO MARRON ROAD.
TO DECLARE. A "NO-PARKING" ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
fol 1 ows :
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the amendment of Section 10.40.051 to read as follows:
"10.40.051 Parking Restricted on Monroe Street. parking on both sides of Monroe Street from Elm Avenue to Marron Road."

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after
its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen days of its adoption.
