HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-06-21; City Council; 9689; Ord 9618 amend - Elm Garden offices development1 2 3 4 5 6 7 e 9 1c 11 12 1Z 14 15 16 17 1E 1s 2c 21 22 2: 2L 2: 2( 2: 2t ORDINANCE NO. 9689 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING A SPECIFIC PLAN (SP-182) AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9618 FOR AN OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRES KNOWN AS ELM GARDEN OFFICES GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL NORTI OF ELM AVENUE. ~~ ~- ~- FrmEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California by the adoption of Ordinance No. 9618 approved a specific plan (SP-182) for an office development on approximately eight acres to be known as the Elm Garden offices; and WHEREAS after procedures in accordance with the requirements of law the City Council has determined that the public interest indicates that certain amendments be made to said plan NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That specific plan SP-182 entitled Elm Garden Offices specific plan dated April 20, 1982, as adopted by Ordinanc, No. 9618 is hereby amended a shown on the document marked Exhibit i to Ordinance No. 9689 attached hereto and made a part hereof. Except for said amendments, Ordinance No. 9618 and the Elm Garden Offices specific plan (SP-182) and all the terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. _I_ EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
