"6.02.030 Health Permit Fees. Every person applying
for a permit under the provisions of this chapter shall at the
time of making an application for such permit pay a fee the
exact amount which shall be determined by the County of San
Diego and kept on record by the County Department of Health
Services and on file in the City Clerk's office."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective thirtl

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6.02 BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION
6.02.030 TO PROVIDE THAT HEALTH PERMIT FEES
SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 6, Chapter 6.02 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of section 6.02.030 to
days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adopt ion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of August , 1983
and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 16th day of August , 1983 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Nabers Caskr, Lewis, Kulchh, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: ~O~E
