ORDINANCE NO. 3164
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 10.44.090 TO REVISE THE SPEED LIMIT ON
ALGA ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as

SECTION 1. That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by Section 10.44.090 to read as follows:
