ORDINANCE NO. 31 72
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.160
TO REVISE THE SPEED LIMIT ON CAMINO VIDA ROBLE BETWEEN
EL CAMINO REAL AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the addition of Section 10.44.160 to read as follows:
"10.44.160 Camino Vida Roble. (a) Upon Camino Vida Roble from El Camino
Real lo its intersection with Palomar Airport Road, the prima facie speed limit
shall be forty-five miles per hour.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
days after its adoption.
