HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-07-17; City Council; 9727; CMC 21.45.090(d) add/.47.110(a) amend - Non-resident PD/street parking credit1 4 5 6 7 €! 1c 11 12 14 If 1E 17 1E 1s 27 ORDINANCE NO. 9727 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAR SBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTERS 21.45 AND 21.47 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 21.45,090(d)(3) AND BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21.47.110(a) TO ALLOW ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL OF MINOR NON- RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS AND TO PROVIDE CREDIT FOR ON STREET VISITOR PARKING IN PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does irdain as follows: SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.45, of the Carlsbad lunicipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 21.45.090(d)(3) to read as follows: (3) Credit for visitor parking may be given for frontage in adjacent local streets for detached single-family residential irojects subject to the approval of the Planning Commission; not less than 24' lineal feet per space exclusive of driveway entrances 3nd driveway aprons shall be provided for each parking space, 2xcept where parallel parking spaces are located immediately 3djacent to driveway aprons, than 20 lineal feet may be provided. SECTION 2: That Title 21, Chapter 21.47, of the Carlsbad dunicipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 21.47.110 (a) to read as follows: (a) All non-residential planned developments with four or less units shall be approved in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
