ORDINANCE NO. 3177
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 10.28.090
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING PALISADES
DRIVE AS A STREET TO STOP FOR TAMARACK AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains
IS follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 10.28.090 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
imended to read as follows:
"10.28.090 Tamarack Avenue. Drivers shall stop where the following
Adams Street
Garfield Street
Jefferson Street
Pi0 Pic0 Drive
Palisades Drive"
jescribed streets intersect Tamarack Avenue:
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after
tts adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
irdinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council
ield the 16th day of October , 1984, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
- 23rdday of October , 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mdxrs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
