ORDINANCE NO. 3178
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.324 INSTALLING TRAFFIC
CONTROL AT EL FUERTE STREET AND UNICORN10 STREET
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the addition of Section 10.28.324to read as follows:
"10.28.324 El Fuerte Street: Drivers shall stop at the north and west
leg of the intersection and a yield at the east leg where the following
described street intersects El Fuerte Street:
Unicornio Street .I1
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after
its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 16th day of octokr , 1984, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
23rd day of October 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Menhrs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
