ORDINANCE NO. 3183
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
STOPS FOR STREETS INTERSECTING EL FUERTE STREET.,
RE-AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.28.340 REQUIRING ADDIT ONAL
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
f 0 llows :
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by . smendment of Section 10.28.340 to read as follows:
"10.28.340 El Fuerte Street. Drivers shall stop where the following
described streets intersect El Fuerte Street:
Alga Road
Santa Isabel Street."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after
its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 15th day of JanUary , 1985, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
22nd day of January , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
