AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21,
CHAPTER 21.32, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SECTION 21.32.050 TO REVISE THE
HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS IN THE M ZONE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
Section 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.32, of the Carlsbad
21.32.050 BUILDING HEIGHT
No building in the M zone shall exceed a height of thirty-
five feet unless a specific plan, providing for a higher maximum has been adopted, or a site development plan
permitting greater height has been approved by the City
Council
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 5,th day of February, 1985, by the
Eollowing vote, to wit:
