ORDINANCE NO. 3191
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.44.160 TO REVISE THE
SPEED LIMIT ON CAMINO VIDA ROBLE BETWEEN EL
CAMINO REAL AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad
Nunicipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 10.44.160
to read as follows:
'110.44.160 Camino Vida Roble (a) Upon Camino Vida Roble
from El Camino Real to its intersection with Palomar Airport
Road, the prima facie speed limit shall be forty (40) miles per
hour.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
immediately upon passage. The City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal
within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 16th day of April , 1985,
and thereafter
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of May 9
1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council -rs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
