ORDINANCE NO. 9762
AN ORDINMTCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF
CARLSBAD NUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE
MAP FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-T TO R-DM ON 11
ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF
1-5 AND SOUTH OF HARRISON STREET.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: ZC-329
ZONING
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
oes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal
ode is amended by the amendment of a zoning nap for a zone
hange from R-T to R-DM on property as shown on the map marked
C-329, Exhibit "2", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This ordinance shall be effective EFFECTIVE DATE:
.hirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
