ORDINANCE NO. 3194
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.28
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF
SECTION 10.28.350 REQUIRING SKYGNE ROAD TO STOP
AT WESTHAVEN DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal
Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.28.350 to read as follows:
"10.28.350 Westhaven Drive: Drivers shall stop here the following
described street intersects Westhaven Drive: Skyline Road.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
passage. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 24aday of Sep- , 1985, and thereafter
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 1st day of o&~ber , 1985 by the following vote, to
wit:
