AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 TO RESIDENTIAL-
PROFESSIONAL (QUALIFIED) (RP-Q) ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ELM
AVENUE, ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD LIBRARY.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO: ZC-336
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
ioes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
mended by the amendment of a zoning map for a zone change from R-1
LO Residential-Professional (Qualified) (RP-Q) on property as
shown on the map marked ZC-336, Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
nade a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
3ays after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
3nce in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th day of October I
1985, and thereafter
