ORDINANCE NO. 9783
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP TO GRANT A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM C-2-Q TO
RD-M-Q ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE LA COSTA AVENUE AND
RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD INTERSECTION.
ZC-335 - ARONEY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the amendment of a zoning map for a zone change
from C-2-Q to RD-M-Q on property as shown on the map marked ZC-
335, Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adopt ion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
day of December Carlsbad City Council on the 17th I
1985, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 7th day of January , 1986 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin and Pettine
NOES: Council Members Casler and Chick
ABSENT: None
