AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM RD-M TO RD-M-6.54 ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
LA COSTA AVENUE JUST WEST OF LA CORUNA PLACE.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO: ZC-337
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of a zoning map for a zone change from RD
M to RD-M-6.5Q on property as shown on the map marked ZC-337,
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof provided that
the site plan shall require City Council Approval.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 11th day of February I
1986, and thereafter
