ORDINANCE NO. 3200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REAMENDMENT OF SECTION
10.28.340 REQUIRING ADDITIONAL STOPS FOR STREETS
INTERSECTING EL FUERTE STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
follows :
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the amendment of Section 10.28.340 to read as follows:
"10.28.340 El Fuerte Street. Drivers shall stop where the following
described streets intersect El Fuerte Street:
Alga Road Luciernaga Street Santa Isabel Street Bolero Street
Babilonia Street Acuna Court
Corintia Street Marmol Court. 'I
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 22nd, day of ~,,l~ , 1986, and thereafter
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 5th day of Aut , 1986 by the following vote, to
wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
ABSTAIN: Council Member Chick
