ORDINANCE NO. 3202
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10,
CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.370 REQUIRING
STOPS ON LEVANTE STREET AT ROMERIA STREET
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.28.370
to read as follows:
"10.28.370 Romeria Street. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Romeria Street:
L e v a n t e S t r e et .
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoptions, and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 19th day of August , 1986 by the
following vote, to wit:

August , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
