AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FROM NO DESIGNATION TO TRANSPORTATION
CORRIDOR ON THE AT&SF RAILROAD AND INTERSTATE 5
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS.
CASE NO: ZC-349
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
ioes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
mended by the amendment of a zoning map from no designation to
(TC), Transportation Corridor on property shown on the map marked
!C-349 - Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
