AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "C" DATED JUNE
30, 1986 FOR PKOPERTY BOUNDED BY PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, INTERSTATE 5, POINSETTIA LANE AND CARLSBAD BOULEVARD, PLUS THE AREA SOUTH OF POINSETTIA
LANE GENERALLY KNOWN AS PONTO.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: zc-338
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
Ioes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
smended by the amendment of a zoning map as shown on the map
narked ZC-338, Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made a part
nereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption,
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day of November 9
1986, and thereafter
