ORDINANCE NO. 3212
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.126 TO DECLARE A TWO- HOUR PARKING ZONE SEVEN DAYS A WEEK ON THE
WESTERLY SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby
ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.40.126 to
read as follows:
1110.40.126 ParkinsTime Limited in BusinessDistrict. When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle within a business district between the hours of 7:OO A.M. and 6:OO P.M. of any day, for a period of time longer than two hours.
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours on the westerly side of Carlsbad Boulevard between Grand Avenue and Elm Avenue.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad
shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to
be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 19th day of May , 1987,
by the following vote, to wit:
