ORDINANCE NO. 3215
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.062 TO DECLARE A TWO- HOUR PARKING ZONE FIVE DAYS A WEEK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:OO A.M. AND 4:OO P.M. ON MARJORIE LANE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.40.062 to
read as follows:
v110.40.062 Parkins Time Limited on Marjorie Lane. When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on Marjorie Lane, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:OO A.M. and 4:OO P.M. for a period of time longer than two hours.'I
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days (30) after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of July , 1987
by the following vote, to wit:
