ORDINANCE NO. 3217
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REVISION OF SECTION 10.44.090 TO EXTEND ~ - - - - -- - THE SPEED ZONE ON ALGA ROAD FROM EL FUERTE STREET TO MELROSE DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section
10.44.090 to read as follows:
1110.44.090 Alaa Road. Upon Alga Road from El Camino Real to its intersection with Melrose Drive the prima facie speed limit shall be forty-five miles per hour. I)
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk of the
City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 28 th day of July , 1987, and
