ORDINANCE NO. 3218
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION
10.44.240 TO ESTABLISH THE SPEED LIMIT ON MELROSE DRIVE FROM ALGA ROAD TO RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section
10.44.240 to read as follows:
--- - 2- -----~- ~ ~ Road, the prima facie speed limit shall be forty-
five miles per hour."
(30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad
shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to
be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 28 th day of ~. Julv ,1987 and

by the following vote, to wit:
