ORDINANCE NO. 3224
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY ' THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.064 TO DECLARE A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON THE NORTHERLY AND EASTERLY SIDES OF MIDDLETON DRIVE FROM GLASGOW DRIVE TO WOODSTOCK STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as
fol 1 ows :
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the addition of Section 10.40.064 to read as follows:
"10.40.064 Parking Restricted on Middleton Drive. There will be no parking on the northerly and easterly sides of Middleton Drive from Glasgow Drive to Woodstock Street."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days of its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held the
22nd day of December , 1987, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 5th day of January ,1988, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
