AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
REVISION OF SECTION 10.40.062 TO DECLARE A NO PARKING ZONE ON MARJORIE LANE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:OO A.M. AND 4:OO P.M.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby

Code is amended by the revision of Section 10.40.062 to read as follow
"10.40.062 Parkinq Time Limit on Mar.iorie Lane.
When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on Marjorie Lane, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:OO A.M. and 4:OO P.M."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thir
