AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.280 TO ESTABLISH THE
SPEED LIMIT ON AVENDIA ENCINAS FROM PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD TO CANNON ROAD.

Section 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipa

"10.44.280 Avenida Encinas: Upon Avenida Encinas from Palon Airport Road to its intersection with Cannon Road the prima fac speed 1 imit shall be forty miles per hour."

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30,
after it adoption and the City Clerk, City of Carl sbad shall certify
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be pub1 ished at least once
