AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNTA, AMENDING TITLE 11
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT
OF CHAPTER 11.24 BY THE DELETION OF 11.24.020 (8)
TO DELETE THE BOARDSAIL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
