AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.42. (CONDITIONAL USES) OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 21.42.010(6) (G) AND CHAPTER 21.53 (USES
GENERALLY) BY ADDING SECTION
21.53.130(E) (3) (A) TO ALLOW MORE THAN ONE
SATELLITE ANTENNA PER USE IN THE INDUSTRIAL
(PM, CM, M) ZONES WITH A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT.

21.53.130(e) (3) (A) to read as follows:

satellite antenna per use may be permitted wit: conditional use permit. Installation of said anter
shall comply with subsections 21.53.130(e)(l)
