AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 CHAPTER
21.37, SECTION 21.37.100, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION
21.37.100(7) TO ESTABLISH SETBACK STANDARDS FOR
GARAGES, CARPORTS, AND STORAGE CABINETS IN THE
RMHP ZONE. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: ZCA 88-3

does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.37, of the Carl!
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Secl
21.37.100(7) to read as follows:
21.37.100(7) - Except for corner lots, each mobile1 lot shall have a side yard of not less than three feet ar rear yard of not less than three feet. The minimum separal between mobilehomes or between a mobilehome and a building SI be as follows: from side to side, ten feet; from side to rt
eight feet: from rear to rear, six feet. Notwithstanding
separation requirement, a private garage may be loci
immediately adjacent to a mobilehome if the interior of garage wall adjacent to the mobilehome is constructed

Private garages shall maintain a minimum sideyard and rear:

(A) Carports/awnings must be constructed of noncombust

(B) A maximum of two storage cabinets shall be permittec each mobilehome lot. The aggregate floor area of ~ cabinets shall not exceed 100 square feet nor shall height of said cabinets exceed 10 feet. Storage cabi: may be located on a lot line or adjacent to a mobile: or mobilehome accessory building or structure or ben,

(C) Expansion or alteration of buildings which are r
