NS-27 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.12 AND TO ADOP REFERENCE THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (1987 EDITION). 5 11 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as 6 /1 follows: 7 SECTION 1: That Title 18, Chapter 18.12 of the Carlsbac 8 to read as follows: 9 Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 18.12.C 18.12.010 AdoDted. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thir days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at 1( once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
