AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10,
CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.320 TO ESTABLISH THE SPEED LIMIT ON FARADAY AVENUE
FROM EL CAMINO REAL TO COLLEGE BOULEVARD.

a Section 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal
9 amended by the addition of Section 10.44.320 to read as follows:

"10.44.320 Faraday Avenue: Upon Faraday Avenue from El Camino Re; to its intersection with College Boulevard the prima facie spef
limit shall be forty miles per hour."

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) da.
