ORDINANCE NO. NS-34
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.310 TO ESTABLISH THE SPEED LIMIT ON PI0 PIC0 DRIVE
FROM TAMARACK AVENUE TO ELM AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby orc
fol 1 ows:
Section 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal
amended by the addition of Section 10.44.310 to read as follows:
"10.44.310 Pi0 Pic0 Drive: Upon Pi0 Pic0 Drive from Tamarac
Avenue to its intersecton with Elm Avenue the prima facie speed lim.
shall be thirty-five miles per hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) da.
