ORDINANCE NO. NS-36
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ADOPTED AS AN URGENCY
MEASURE EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY LAND USE CONTROLS IMPOSED BY INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. NS-31 TO PROTECT OPEN SPACE LANDS IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD .

Council's considerations are not prejudiced; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of Sept
6, 1988 held a public hearing to consider whether or not to e
the interim controls and after hearing all persons desiring to
determined that the public health, safety and welfare require
the interim controls be extended and not to exceed a period o

20 WHEREAS, this ordinance is adopted pursuant to Se
