AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE
21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE FROM
R-A-10,000 AND E-A TO OPEN SPACE (OS) , LIMITED CONTROL (LC-Q) AND EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE (E-A) AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "E" DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1988 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CANNON ROAD, EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE, NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: CARLTAS

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califorr
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
amended by the amendment of a zoning map as shown on the
marked ZC 88-4, Exhibit ltErt attached hereto and made a F
hereof.
SECTION 2: The findings of the City Council are
follows:
1. The EA Zone is appropriate to apply to the 1
governed by the Agricultural Preserve (Williamson) Contr
because purpose of the zone is to provide, protect and encour agricultural uses.
2. The OS Zone is appropriate for the "flower fie1 because it is designed to provide for open space uses which k been deemed necessary for aesthetic reasons as well as
