ORDINANCE NO. NS-47
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REVISION OF SECTION 10.44.170 TO LOWER THE SPEED LIMIT ON PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD BETWEEN CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND PASEO DEL NORTE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby or
fol 1 ows :
Section 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal
amended by the revision of Section 10.44.170 to read as follows:
"10.44.170 Palomar Airport Road. (a) Upon Palomar Airport Rr: Carlsbad Boulevard to its intersection with Paseo Del Norte, the prir speed limit shall be thirty-five miles per hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) da
its adoption and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the
of this ordinance and cause it to be pub1 ished at least once in the
Journal within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Counc
on the 6th day of December 7 1988 and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the 1
City Council held on the 13th day of December 7 1988 by the followi,
to wit:
