AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 3,
CHAI?TER 3 28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY
THE ADDITION OF SECTION 3028.172 TO ADOPT
PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE ORDERS.

"3.28.080 Public Droi ects. Contracts for p projects in t:he City of Carlsbad shall be governed by appli state laws inc:luding the California Public Contract Code, Div
2 , Part 1, Chapters 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, Section 1100 et seq Division 2 , Part 3, Chapters 1 and 2 the ''Local Agency P Construction Act", Section 20100 et seq. which includes adoption by the City of the alternative provisions of the Un Public Construction Cost Accounting Act for use in the City.
SECTION 2: That Title 3, Chapter 3.28 of the Car
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 3.28.1
read as follows:
