ORDINANCE NO. NS-65
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.070 TO DECLARE A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF CANNON ROAD FROM CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO CAR COUNTRY DRIVE AND ON THE
NORTHERLY SIDE OF CANNON ROAD FROM EL ARBOL DRIVE TO CAR
COUNTRY DRIVE.

SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal
amended by the addition of Section 10.40.070 to read as follows:

"10.40.070 Parking Restricted on Cannon Road. There will
be no parking on the southerly side of Cannon Road from
Carl sbad Boulevard to Car Country Drive and no parking
on the northerly side of Cannon Road from El Arbol Drive
to Car Country Drive."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days af
adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordina
cause it to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days
adopt i on.
