ORDINANCE NO. NS-79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.071 TO
DECLARE A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF MANZANO
DRIVE FROM CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO EL ARBOL DRIVE.
5 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows:

by the addition of Section 10.40.071 to read as follows: 7
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is 2

"1 0.40.071 Parking Restricted on Manzano Drive. There will be no
parking on both sides of Manzano Drive from Carlsbad Boulevard
to El Arbol Drive."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption
City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days of its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
11th day of July , 1989 and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
