AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIAf AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF SECTION 10.40.073 TO DECLARE slTWO-HOUR
PARKINGv8 BETWEEN 8:OO A.M. and 6:OO P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, WITH HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED,
ON BOTH SIDES OF CAR COUNTRY DRIVE FROM CANNON
ROAD TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH PASEO DEL NORTE.

hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of 1
Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Sect:
10.40.073 to read as follows:
lv1O. 40.073 Parking Restricted on Car Country Dril
There will be Two-Hour parking on both sides of ( Country Drive between the hours of 8:OO a.m. and 6: p.m. , Monday through Friday, with holidays exceptt from Cannon Road to its intersection with Paseo I Norte. I1
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effect:
thirty days after its adoption and the City Clerk shi
certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to
published once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days
its adoption.
