ORDINANCE NO. NS-91
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.40.053 TO DECLARE A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON ELM AVENUE FROM CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO PI0 PIC0 DRIVE.

Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 10.40.05 8
SECTION I: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carl
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
read as follows:
10 1110.40.053 Parkinq restricted on Elm Avenue. Parkin
11 vehicles is prohibited during all hours of the day and nigh both sides of Elm Avenue from Carlsbad Boulevard to intersection with Pi0 Pic0 Drive." 12

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effectiv
January 3, 1990 and the City Clerk shall certify to the adop
of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once ir
Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Council on the 17th day of October 11
and thereafter 19.
