ORDINANCE NO. NS-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.076
AND 2:OO P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM
SPACES IN THE PARKING LOT DIRECTLY EAST OF THE
CARLSBAD COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX.
TO DECLARE "TWO - HOUR PARKING' BETWEEN 6:OO A.M.
SEPTEMBER 1 TO JUNE 30 FOR THE TWENTY-FIVE PARKING
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is arnt
the aildition of Section 10.40.076 to read as follows:
"10.40.076 Parking Restricted in the parking lot east of the Community Swim Comple
There will be Two-Hour Parking, Monday through Friday, from 600 a.m. to 2:OO p-m
September 1 through June 30, for the 25 parking spaces located between the drivewa
on Monroe Street at the south end of the Swim Complex to the driveway on Monro
Street at the north end of the Swim Complex."
13 I/ EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoptior

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held 16
Carlsbad Jourml within fifteen days of its adoption. 15
City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published om
