ORDINANCE NO. n5-95
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CHAPTER 8.17 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FEES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 8,
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 8, Chapter 8.17 of the Carl
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 8.17.05
to read as follows:
"(c) Applications for a special event permit shal
accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of $25.11
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effectiveth
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify tc
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at 1
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of
11 Carlsbad City Council on the 21st day of November
and thereafter
